Certifii Ltd logo

Certifii

Certifii is a UK fintech that gives private companies something they've never had: a standardised, forward-looking credibility score. The Certifii Trust Index takes a founder's own inputs, builds fully integrated financial statements through a double-entry accounting engine, and returns a deterministic seven-axis score in around 90 seconds, anchored to IFRS, ISA 520 and LMA DSCR conventions. That matters because the UK's 4.9 million private companies are judged today on stale filleted accounts, leaving banks, lenders, credit insurers and investors deciding on backward-looking data. Certifii closes that gap between what a business says and what it's likely to do. The platform is free to SMEs, which keeps the index neutral and the data deep, and it's paid for entirely on the demand side by the institutions that use the scores through triage reports, a decisions API and portfolio monitoring. In short, Certifii is credibility intelligence for private capital: where capital meets truth.

Curveblock

CurveBlock turns real estate and renewables infrastructure into digital shares from as little as a £10 Investment. No minimum ticket. No postcode lottery. One share, one share of the profits, for everyone in our platform's fund. We have been approved for Gate 1 of the Bank of England and FCA Digital Securities Sandbox. That places CurveBlock on the same regulatory rails the Bank and the FCA are using to test the next generation of UK capital markets. It is the first time a platform of this kind has been engineered, from the ground up, for the everyday saver rather than the family office. The platform itself is bleeding edge. Fractional digital ownership, instant settlement, transparent share registers, a fund structure designed so a £10 investor and a £1m investor sit on the same terms. The plumbing is built for a world where ownership of real assets is as easy to hold, and as easy to see, as a balance in a banking app. Where we make profits is just as important as how we open access. CurveBlock invests in energy-positive construction and renewable infrastructure: developments that produce more clean energy than they consume, with water- and nutrient-neutral footprints where possible. The build margin, the long-term energy yield, and the uplift on the underlying asset all flow back into the fund and out, equally per share, to every investor. The mission is simple. Take the kind of long-horizon, real-world wealth creation that has been locked behind closed doors for a hundred years, and open it up, properly, to the people who have been priced out of it.

Herd Consulting logo

Herd Consulting

We’re Herd Consulting — a human-centred change and transformation consultancy helping organisations deliver meaningful business, digital, and cultural change. We’re home to some of the UK’s most trusted experts in business analysis, product, and delivery management — the people clients turn to when they need clarity, capability, and confidence. Our 75-strong team includes published authors, global guest speakers, and respected figures across BA, Product, and Delivery. As a result we’re proud to be trusted by some of the world’s leading universities, Central Government departments, arms-length bodies, national charities, and building societies. We started Herd because, after years of leading large teams and working with countless consultancies, we’d seen too many one-size-fits-all approaches. We wanted to do things differently. Experienced folk who’ve been there and got the t-shirt. Who are focussed on achieving outcomes and doing the right thing, not just another slide deck. Folk who are true specialists, as well as being nice to have a natter with. Basically a consultancy we’d have loved to work with as a client. We’re chuffed to have been recognised as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in both 2024, 2025 and 2026, scoring 97% in Job Satisfaction and Average Happiness two years running. We were also named one of Insider’s Most Exciting Companies in Yorkshire and shortlisted for Best Tech Place to Work at this year’s Leeds Digital Festival Awards.

Kingsbury Consulting logo

Kingsbury Consulting

The quality of strategic thinking available to an organisation should not be determined by the size of its budget. That is the principle Kingsbury Consulting was built on. Kingsbury is a digital strategy and governance consultancy working with charities, membership bodies, awarding organisations, as well as startups and scale ups. These are organisations making increasingly consequential decisions about digital, data, and governance, often without the internal resource or specialist expertise to make them well. Our starting point is always diagnosis. Before any recommendation is made - and certainly before any technology is procured - we work to understand how an organisation actually functions: where decisions are made, what accountability structures exist, and where the genuine risk lies. That diagnostic work feeds into a structured approach to prioritising action and building roadmaps that reflect real organisational capacity, not optimistic projection. We are deliberately independent. No implementation arm, no platform affiliations, no commercial incentive to recommend one approach over another. Our work is shaped by the evidence, not by what is commercially convenient to suggest. The scope of our work spans digital strategy, data governance, GDPR compliance, AI policy, and delivery partner selection. We operate across three engagement phases - Blueprint, Navigator, and Architect - and can enter at whichever point an organisation most needs support. Our purpose is to make the quality of strategic thinking that well-resourced organisations take for granted available to those doing the most important work.
