Goldspink & Co. is run by Jamie Goldspink, an architecture-trained creative director who now designs and builds AI platforms. Recent work includes an operations platform that took a property client from master spreadsheet to production in three days, a content engine that has run 826 times unattended, and mrkup.pro, an AI quoting tool that turns a four-to-six-hour job into about fifteen minutes. We work with property, professional services and specialist commercial firms across the North, usually the ones who have already tried a platform or two and found it was designed by someone who had never done the job.
