AI is developing quickly, but separating genuinely useful opportunities from the hype isn’t always easy.

This hands-on workshop is designed for people working in small and medium-sized businesses who want to understand what AI can actually do, how to use it responsibly, and how it might help with everyday work.

No technical knowledge or previous experience with AI is required. We’ll cut through some of the myths and jargon, explore the strengths and limitations of tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and look at practical ways of getting better results from them.
