AI is here and most businesses are failing to see a return because they're simply not ready. They can see where they need to get to but need clarity on how to get there. We call this the gulf of implementation. CXBridge provides a fixed-price diagnostic service for SME and mid-market businesses to determine readiness and provides a commercially costed report, prioritised recommendations, calculated ROI on every one, a delivery plan and a tailored AI policy and governance framework. A business case, not a slide deck. The gulf of implementation isn't a technology problem. It's that most operating models are simply out of date. We built CUSCOE, a proprietary operating model framework designed from the ground up to be AI-ready. To bridge the gulf. If your foundations aren't right, we tell you. If AI isn't the answer yet, we tell you that too. We arrive with questions. Not answers. CXBridge. People. Process. Progress.

Databrain Solutions is a Wakefield-based technology company helping businesses connect their systems, automate repetitive work and build practical software around the way they operate. We combine AI, automation and custom development to reduce manual administration, improve the flow of information and give teams more capacity to serve their customers. We start by understanding the processes and bottlenecks that slow a business down, then design and integrate the right solution using the tools it already relies on. Our work includes workflow automation, system integration, AI tools and bespoke business applications. We are also developing Multideck, modern freight forwarding software designed to bring sales, bookings, documents and operations into one connected workspace, reducing duplicate entry and making jobs easier to manage.
